Comments:	When a poster enters text that is longer than the column width of the box, the output "view" page needs to be able to wrap the text to fit the screen width of the visitor's browser. Some (presumably older) browsers may not do this without the wrap="virtual" command. I understand that Netscape and some versions of IE may not wrap the text until they find <.enter> causing the page to expand in width and require horizontal scrolling.
