I also have Kriegs that lived in Indiana (Miami Co.) They came from Ringendorf in Alsace. I am wondering if you have ever come across this family-perhaps we are cousins?
I have a Michel Krieg born around 1800 married to Margarethe Krieger. Their son, Michel Jacob was born in 1824 and was married to Maria Mossler. They settled in Arkansas in 1883. Their son, Michael Jacob was born in 1853 and married Sophia Rostetter. They settled in Peru, IN in 1881.
I would be happy to share information.

I am looking for information on Michael, Jr. and Barbara Krieg. They are buried in the Wilson Cemetery in Pike County, Indiana. This is where my 4th great grandfather, Lewis Wilson, is buried, along with his family and some of his brothers. Do you know anything about the relationship between the Wilsons and the Kriegs at this time?

I am also researching the Schuler family. I am studying the family of Jacob Friedrich Schuler, brother of your Johann Georg Schuler, son of Johann Adam Schuler. Both sons immigrated to Missouri from Baden. Your Johann Georg settled in NW Illinois, while Friedrich ultimately settled in Waco, Texas (after stops in IL, WI, and OH)

Hi. I love your web site. My father was in the Air Force and flew over 50 missions. He was a waist-gunner and his plane crashed and he became a P.O.W. but he made it back .He was an amazing man. I lost him Dec. 24,2001 and haven't got over it yet. He told me his grandfather was dutch, but i didn't think Graham was a Duthch name. I'm trying to trace my family tree for the 3 children my father left, the 7 grandchildren and 10 greatgrandchildren. If you could help me we would really appreciate it. It would help if I just knew if Graham was Dutch. Thank You so Much.

do you know anything about this person? He was born in Norway. I have a couple of dates on him but not right in front of me at this time.
