I am looking for info on FA Campbell (fielding allison? Franklin Andrew?) married to Huldah (possibly Bogle) who appeared in 1850 and 1860 Taylorville NC census. Huldah alone in 1870. Am researching daughter Margaret who married John TillettBagwell, noted preacher.
Any help pinning this down is appreciated!

I am interested in compiling a list of the descendants of Aeneas Campbell. Descendants of Aeneas Jr are to plae a SAR marker on his grave in the spring of 2007. I descend from Aeneas Jr through sons Elijah and Thomas. Luckily, I live in the same community where they lived and died.

Very interesting. I am the granddaughter of Addie Pearle Campbell-Wolfe. She was the daughter of Hiram Euell Campbell and Ida Harrell. Hiram E. Campbell was the son of Hiram Campbell and Susan Ballard. Hiram Campbell was the son of Middelton Campbell and Elizabeth Rutledge. Middleton Campbell was the son of Aeneas Campbell and Sarah Hickman.

I have been looking at your site and I'm hoping the large amount of information you have may help me as well. I am looking for any info on my grandfather Arthur Frank Campbell. I know he was born in 1876 in Leavenworth, KS, but the courthouse burned in the early 1900s and I can find no other information on his father. Whatever happened to his father (accidental death? divorce?) was very early in my grandfather's life and his mother remarried so all siblings are a different last name. If anyone knows of a Campbell relative from this line that moved to Kansas it may give me a line to follow. Thank you.

Descend from Elijah son of Aeneas Jr and his brother Thomas. I was born in Iredell Co, NC and we have a few records and a 37 marker DNA. My family (including me) still lives where Aeneas Jr settled. Why would Aeneas's grave face opposite the rest of the people in the cemetery?

I have been searching to no avail for any info on my Campbell ancestors. The ONLY info that I have to go on is George Dallas Campbell married Mary Webb. One of their daughters, Lilly May Campbell married James W. Wilkerson. Lilly may and James Wilkerson are laid to rest in Providence Cemetary in Madison Co., TN. George and Mary had a son named George Dallas, but went by the name Dallas. Dallas married Etna West and they lived in Madison Co., TN. If anyone can help me in my search, I would be ever so grateful.

My Aeneas CAMPBELL mystery. I am interested in the wife of Barton DYSON he was b. 24 July 1750 in Charles County MD and died in Iredell Co NC late in 1832. His wife's name was Ann [Anne or Anna]. What's the tie to Aeneas CAMPBELL you may ask.

T.E. SWANN, the local historian for Iredell Co during the 1950s left a series of notes with the local historical society. He had a particular interest in Barton DYSON as Barton's mother had first been married to a SWANN and was also the mother of his ancestors. In his notes there is an obvious addition at the top of one page which states that Ann DYSON, Barton's wife was a "sister" of Aeneas CAMPBELL.

You can see my problem, She is clearly not one of the known children. What did SWANN know that we are missing?
