Finally I have found answers to questions about my Grandmother, Amy Stratfull, who I never knew as she died when my Mother was 10. My Mother knows very little as she was"protected" from the knowledge of her Mothers illness, I can't wait to tell her all about her ancestors.

why do you list my dad as being a step child my maiden name was stratful and my dads name was stratful his dad was william stratful but never married my nan

My maiden name was stratford, and I am researching my family history. I believe that I am descended from the a Stratford Family in Aston Buckinghamshire. I was interested to see that there are other derivatives of the name.
