I just wanted to say hi and tell you a little about the Community Work Experience Program that we offer through IMPACT. I am trying to bring the community closer together and therefore achieving better outcomes when it comes to employment. The Community Work Experience Program is directed to serve businesses in Indiana for IMPACT clients to acquire job skills and workforce knowledge that is crucial in today's economy. The business gains the additional employee with no cost to the organization. IMPACT clients are mandated to volunteer in order to achieve program hours and therefore be able to keep their food stamps or TANF or both. IMPACT is a helping hand up instead of a "hand out." If you are interested in the CWEP program please do not hesitate to get a hold of me at 574-527-2364 or johncover@arboret.com and I am really looking forward to meeting with you to see what we can do for each other as well as the community.

Thank you for your time and consideration,

I am looking for information concerning James E MsDonald II
He was the son of James E McDonlad and grndson of IB McDonald. They owned the Ligonior Banner in the late 19th century. IB was a Col.during the C.W and a prominent person in Whitley Co. Any leads you might have to JEM II would help me out. Dick Tagtmeyer

Noble County Connection Some documents
How did you find this page google search
Comments:
I recently bought some documents from a family that seemes to have had some connection with Albion, Noble County, Indiana.

The one I remember most clearly is a small hand drawn map of a plot of land purchased in 1807. I believe there are some receipts also.

Would the society be interested in purchasing these items? I can supply more information if necessary.

Please help me find information about U.S. and Mary Baker and their family of six children. I believe they were poor farmers living near Kimmel, Indiana between the years 1890 and 1940. They had six children. The one I am most interested in is Fern Patricia Baker born on June 28, 1904, went to Cromwell High School but left in 1921 to marry Jetty Dull--I'd like to learn about him also.
