Very interesting and informative site! My grandparents (Emery Ebin Nocks and Grace Pauline Lancaster) moved to Hooker after their marriage, moved back to Kansas about 1930. Have an uncle and two aunts buried somewhere in Hooker - Raymond, Louise and Pauline (twins) Nocks. The twins died in infancy; Raymond at age 7 or 8.

To All,
Harley Wayne Williams, my grandfather, passed away 12-2-02. He was a lifelong member of the area, and both my father and mother graduated from Guymon High, 1960. My "Papa" was a brave soldier and the best of men. Fittingly, he was layed to rest with full military honors in Hugoton on December 7, 2002, or on Pearl Harbor Day, a day that changed his life forever. I will miss him. From Flagstaff, Arizona. Russ.
