I am researching the Tyler family also. I was hoping that you would have someone on your tree that would match our family, but unfortunately no. Perhaps you may know of some who is looking for the James Tyler family. James was born in Virginia about 1775. We cannot find his wife's name but we do know that he had several children one being our gggrandfather who was called Jacob; was born in Texas abt. 1827. The family lived in the Arkansas (Lawrence County)Territory and then to Natchitoches Parish (Sabine)Louisiana. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks you.

I was interested to see if your family and mine were related. Didn't really see anything familiar.

Thanks for the wonderful site. My father, Andrew T. Tyler SR, was born in Richmond, VA, Dec 27, 1934, and died February 1976. I was told long ago he was related to President John Tyler (unconfirmed yet). His parents died before I was born (1959) so I never got to meet them. Grandmother's name was Ethel (maiden name unknown). Grandfather's name is unknown. Anyway, thanks again.

Corrections have been forwarded to your web page in regards to "Floyd"
Tyler. His full name was Henry Floyd Tyler, and he married a sister of
my grandfather, William Thomas Ryan.

I can't remember if I signed this before or not, so thought I would again anyways. Great site! Just adding to my FamilyTree program (as always). You have some items marked "photo". Why don't you post the photos to the site. That would be great!! Keep up the good work..

Fantastic page--most complete I've seen on the Furbish's. Imagine my surprise when I found my name listed! There is one more of Clare Edmond Furbish's grandchildren that you are missing. He's my brother, Clark Henry Judy. If you'd like more information just send an e-mail.

Your recent email led me to this site, and I think it's great. Obviously you have spent a lot of time and effort getting to this point. Thank you so much!
I shall be in touch via email shortly to let you know what I have, which isn't nearly as extensive as your's.

I think my brother Oliver Brown, who wrote the Titus Olcott Brown piece, might have more info for you. His e-mail address is ojsb@nqi.net (that's NQI - I mistyped it the first two times as NGI). Give him a try. Best wishes, Glennie.
