For the friends and family of Debi. My deepest sympathy.
I found Chuckís name on face book the other day my heart was full of joy as I thought of getting in touch with my old friend Debi.
Instead I got the news that Debi was taken from us years ago.
Debi was my dearest friend from seventh grade until we threw our hats in
the air at our high school graduation. Other friends passed in and out my life at that time.
But not Debi. She stayed true by my side. We shared our deepest darkest secrets, our hopes and our dreams. When I needed to laugh she would pull out her imitation of Lilly Tomlinsonís Operator. When I needed a lift I would ask her to sing Barbara Streisandís People. I am not at all sure she liked that song but she would sing it anyway.
She knew it made me happy.
When she was mad she would do her Jackie Gleasonís Bang Zoom to the Moon Alice.
I loved her antics. We spent many hours in the 3rd floor girlís room contemplating the major issues of our time thick or thin eye liner, bangs or no bangs.
After high school we went our separate ways. We did not keep in touch. I thought of her often. I thought we would get together. Talk about the old days, our first loves and how they differ from the men we chose for our life partners. Laugh about the things we thought were so important back then. I thought Iíd share some deep dark secrets with her.
You are missed my friend.
I only wish I had told you.

My mom has always keeps in-touch with all her family, when I was young we went on visiting family trips and JT'S and Freda's was always on the list. Debbie was always very nice to me, she was so pretty and had a good heart. I'll pray to help each of you who suffer from her passing. The TRIBUTE to her is very NICE. Dearest Family, I wish for each of you Peace and Comfort in ~~ GOD'S PROMISE ~~ God didn't promise days without pain, laughter without sorrow, or sun without rain ~~ But God did promise strength for the day, comfort for the tears and a light for the way ~~ And for all who believe in His kingdom above, He answers their faith with everlasting love...author unknown

In thinking Debi's time with us, we can see the Divine Pattern God has for each of His Children ~~ It is His Way and this is a little poem I have always loved and want to share it with you ... My life is but a weaving, between my God and me ~~ I do not choose the colors, He worketh steadily ~~ Ofttimes He weaveth sorrow, and I in foolish pride ~~ Forget He sees the upper, and I the underside ~~ Not til the loom is silent, and shuttles cease to fly ~~ Will God unroll the canvas and explain the reason why ~~ The dark threads are as needful in the skillful Weaver's hand ~~ As the threads of gold and silver in the pattern He has planned...anonymous ~~ God Bless Each of You, Arlene

YOUR BIRTHDAY PRAYER March 23, 2003
Time can not erase the memories of my heart.
Where you have gone Iíll wait till my time sends me to be with you once more forever. Time will never erase the memory of your face for I see you in my dreams filled with the love we shared for so many years. Iíll miss you each day but take time to pray for there I find you for now. Keeping us close forever, no matter where I am, I take you with me. Debi, I love you so and there are no words I can say to express the emptiness there is here, without you to talk to. Iíve lost a lot more than words could explain. You are my one and only sister and Iíll hold you here in my dreams as long as I sleep. Iíll miss you each day that passes till the end of this time I have here. Memories will keep us close forever. Time can not erase the memories of my heart.
Your one and only sister, Gina

Dear Chuck: May I sign the book with this saying?

To Debra's family members:
You, who have so often conforted others, are now to be comforted. And what better word can I send to you than that which Paul writes in the Second Epistle to the Corinthians: "Blessed be God, even the father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort:who comforteth us all in our tribulations that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, be the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted by God. For as the sufferings of Christ abound in us, so our consolation also aboundeth by Christ."

Greetings...Another Chicago Suburban Daily Herald guestbook entry...

"She Walks In Beauty
by: George Gordon, Lord Byron

She walks in Beauty, like the night
Of cloudless climes and starry skies;
And all that's best of dark and bright
Meet in her aspect and her eyes:
Thus mellowed to that tender light
Which Heaven to gaudy day denies.

One shade the more, one ray the less,
Had half impaired the nameless grace
Which waves in every raven tress,
Or softly lightens o'er her face;
Where thoughts serenely sweet express,
How pure, how dear their dwelling-place.

And on that cheek, and o'er that brow,
So soft, so calm, yet eloquent,
The smiles that win, the tints that glow,
But tell of days in goodness spent,
A mind at peace with all below,
A heart whose love is innocent!

Deb, may you suffer no more pain. May you walk in amongst beauty!

Greetings...The following was a guestbook entry by one of Debi's childhood friends as posted on the Suburban Chicago Daily Herald

"Dear Debbie,
Were did all the years go? How did life get so complicated and busy that we lost touch? There are no good answers, but I wish I had made the time to call you as I intended to do so many times over the years. Especially after your Mom would give me your number after a Christmas time call or card. I am so sorry now I did not call. I pray that this will teach me to make time for the important things in the future.
I heard the sad news of your death from Sabina Tisher (Duprey),she called tonite and told me she read it in the paper. It was a shock but I immediately had so many good memories flood my mind of us and our childhood together as neighbors and friends. We go so far back I remember when you announced one day you were DEBRA now not Debbie!
I remembered making forts at Scotts farm across the street, playing tag and kick the can with the whole neighborhood way into the night, learning to dance the Whooly Bully in your garage with Gina and your cousin. I could go on and on.It was a good childhood. Those certainly were more simple and innocent times.
I do not know why your life was cut so short, but I pray you had the faith of your Mother and Dad and that you had received the Lord Jesus as your Savior.
My sympathy reaches out to your entire family and the circle of friends you have left behind.
I too will miss you my childhood friend.
Love,
Donna Kusche (Estacion)"
