I am looking for more info concerning Mary C Baker. She is my gggrandmother. She was married to George W Baker. I believe they lived in Lutesville. George died before 1900 because Mary is listed as a widow on the census. She is living with her son. Census states she had two children but only this son is living. There are so many Bakers in this area. Any help would be appreciated.

Surnames:(in capital letters only) HEMBREE
Comments:
Seeking information about the death date/place of Davis HEMBREE, who died probably between 1891-1900.

Davis HEMBREE was born 1816 in South Carolina. He married, first, Adeline MILLER. She died 1887 in Bollinger Co., MO; burial at Marble Hill Cemetery in Marble Hill, Bollinger Co., MO.

The last record found for Davis HEMBREE was his second marriage to widow, Hily Bundy TUCKER (married previously to John B. TUCKER) July 16, 1891 in Marble Hill, Bollinger Co., MO, and he does not show up in the 1900 census.

Davis HEMBREE's son, Rev. Joseph Connell HEMBREE (1841-1907), his wife, Charity WEBB (1843-1912), and their family also lived in Missouri. Joseph and Charity were both interred at Speer Cemetery in Zalma, Bollinger Co., MO.

Does any family descendant/researcher know what happened to Davis HEMBREE and his second wife after their marriage and where/when they died?

Many thanks for any help!

Surnames:(in capital letters only) PIERCE
Comments:
I'm looking for the parents of James Franklin Pierce born in Missouri, Father born in Kentucky, Mother born in Missouri. I believe his father was Z. T. Pierce with wife Hanah. I can't seem to find who the parents of Z. T. Pierce were (probably in Kentucky). I'm not sure if the name was Zachary Taylor Pierce as that's only one possibilty. The 1880 census is the only place I find him listed with my grandfather James F Pierce as his son. If there were an 1890 Missouri census he might be listed in it but I understand (have been told) that those documents burned in a fire. Any help will be appreciated.

I am hoping someone can help me find the burial places of my great-grandfather John Westley Rose, 1848-abt 1929, and his first wife, Elmira Jane "Mira" Bollinger, 1851-abt 1875. My information states that Elmira Jane died while giving birth to twin boys who also died, so there could be two infant graves wherever she is. Two sons, Emro N. Rose and Robert S. Rose are supposedly buried in Kinder's Chapel cemetery but I cannot confirm that.
Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Comments:
Lydia Lincoln married David Coots in 1832 Lawrence Twsp Cape Girardeau. This area later becomes Bollinger Co. I suspicion that Joseph Lincoln is somehow related (Father?) although I have not found her listed because of her early marriage and removal to Texas. Wondered if anyone has a Will which lists Lydia as an heir under the name Coots or Brown as David Coots died around 1843 and Lydia remarries to Stephen Brown in Texas. She may have been listed a Liddie. Thanks

Comments:
George Hilliar (Hillier) and wife Mary and their 9 children are clearly included in the Missouri 1860 census. The 3 oldest children are born in Canada from 1835-1840. The 6 remaining children born after 1842 are listed as born in Missouri. The residence is Liberty Twp, Bollinger County. I cannot find the family anywhere in the US in the 1850 census. I have tried all name variants...any ideas? The returned to Canada just after 1860. Also, would a copy of the land deed indicate other info? Is the census info above sufficient for the County Court to locate the record in Liberty Twp?
