Hello. My parents are Glenn Dale Miller and Elsa Ingrid Somers Miller. My mother's father was Cosmo "Jack" Lindley Somers (born 1903 in North Carolina, died 1979 in Mexico City). It was great to see all of us listed in your database.
Cosmo "Jack" Somers owned and operated a 270-room hotel in Mexico City's Zona Rosa district called the "Hotel Geneve" for many decades until his death. The Hotel Geneve was actually designed and built by his father-in-law, who moved from Canada down to Mexico City in the early 1900's. My grandparents "Jack" Somers and Marie Sinclaire Gore Somers had 4 daughters. Their main residence was in Mexico City and they also owned a very large estate in Cuernavaca, Mexico. I grew up in Mexico City and remember my grandparents well. My grandmother (Marie Somers) was also an accomplished pianist, who toured and performed concerts in the 1930's and 1940's. Her ancestors originally came from Ireland and later settled a town in Canada.
I currently live in the Los Angeles area and work as a computer manager at a law firm. I have more detailed information to add to your database (births, deaths, etc.) if you're interested. Thanks for including us in your family tree!

We are descendants of Whitesells/Weitzgl from Germany and have kin in almost the entire area of Brick Church, Whitsett/Julian, NC. I can bring it up to date, in most areas, for you. Just received a copy of the marriage of Doris A. Cahoon and Alvin Everett McKinney, Jr., from office of Vital Statistics. Marriage lic. dated 8 Aug 1941, Starke, Fla. and married 12 Aug 1941, Gainesville, Fla.
My daughter, Jacksoville, Fla., is getting me a copy of marriage lic. to Perry, her second husband with whom she had a son (handicapped and instutionalized).

No one may not reconize my name , but I'am the Daughter of Don Whitesall Jr. His fathers name was Don Orval Whitesall Sr. They lived in Salem , New Jersey. And my Uncles names is Robert Whitesall . I do have a question about the spelling of the last name . Does it have 2 spellings . Whitesall & Whitesell both ?

I was invited to one of the reuions in New Jersey . But I could not come there because i was 2 weeks out to deliver my daughter that July . I was on Dr.s orders . So I was woundering . When is the next reuion in New Jersey ? Maybe i will beable to join the family then . Don't know .
My last name has changed . It's Travis now . I'am a exwife of Allen Travis . But my madien name will never change . And I'am pround to have that name also .
