Your site is great, but couldn't find Edmund Page. He was alive in 1947 at the age of 98 and living at the Manor. There was a write up in the paper for his 98th birthday. He was Catholic so thought he would have been buried in a Catholic Cemetery. If you ever come across him, please let me know.

I was born and raised in Nolalu and still live within a short drive back to the original Messimaki and Hunnakko homesteads. Many of my family, neighbours and friends are buried in the Nolalu Cemetery.
Your web site is a very informative place to tour and has provided me some details I was not aware of previously. Keep up the good work.

Been to your site many times....done a good job. Congratulations! Last Feb I posted re Killins family, you kindly forwarded same to Nancie and another researcher. I did hear from Nancie, and we corresponded for a time. Did not hear from the 2nd one...is that something I might pursue? Or would you try again? Still searching. Thank you!

Hello again, Jude:
Sorry to be a pest, but I am earnestly looking for a lost
Uncle, Albert Clifton Hurlbert, who left home in his early teens. He was born in 1911, so that would make the year 1925 or so. I would love to hear something - anything about him. Thanks.

Thanks again for all your hard work.

Delighted to find the web site. Searching for info on my father, Harold Agger, a US citizen, placed with a family in Port Arthur somewhere around 1915 named Killins. He remained with this family for ten plus years, returning to the states at age 17. His mother, Susan Cook, had been a British Home Child, so there might have been a connection with the Killins family.

Hey, amazing, I found your site. They upgraded my office puter and wiped out all personal email addys. I got a lead and happened to trip onto your site. Hows it going up there? I haven't done much work on the Sozio family since I lost all my stuff. I never did get it back. All the birth certificates and stuff. It breaks my heart. I guess we are just going to have to start over. At least I have all the information in my family tree file. Its just all the backup.
Glad to find you again.

Not too often I see a picture of my father when he was the same age as my own son. Are there message boards to reach other member of my family line? thanks and keep up the good work Louise C

The 'Jude' caught my eye...the Dorland is amazing!!! My gr grandfather was Gilbert Patti Dorland who built 3 or 4 houses and one church in Wellington, Ont...I would love to find a photo of him someday. He was born in 1840...he built a house on Main St. there and my great uncle was born there. If you have any insights into books etc. that might furnish photographical data, I'd love to hear about them! Thank you and Happy Holidays! Jude
