I grew up in Lexington, but seemed like all I did was come up to Paris every weekend to see my Great aunt Mamie Allison Willmott. She was married to Caswell Prewitt Willmott, my Dad's Uncle. I still have many fond memories of Paris and the old Dairy Queen!

A family member has just emailed me an article written by George N. Reynolds - Tombstone Tales - on an Indian Boy who died in a house in Millersburg, Kentucky. My family lived in that house for three or four years before moving to Florida in 1956. We were always told an indian had died in that house and blood stains were on the bedroom floor. I really didn't know if it were true or not and this now confirms that history. This house is no longer there, but I am happy now to know the story. We kids played in the Millersburg Cemetery and now I wish I had know this story sooner. I will visit the Cemetery and try and find this grave of this Indian boy who was killed. If there are other articles on this particular house or story I would be interested in learning about how to get them.

I am very curious about the information which is posted about the Morris-McClelland family:
55 M iii. Robert McClelland MORRIS was born on 17 Dec 1830. He died on 18 Dec 1914. Robert married Lucy LUNSFORD daughter of Littleton LUNSFORD on 29 Jun 1863.
Littleton Lunsford is one of my ancestors. I have 2 wives and and 6 children listed from records and census, but no Lucy Lunsford. I would love to know the source so I can correct my files.
