My grandmother was born in Thomson, Ga. 1866,Nov. 16. Her Father wa Jas. L. Gibson, Dr. & Methodist Minister tho I do not know which church he had in McDuffie county. I can find nothing on either of them. His wife was Emily Catherine Upshaw, my grandmother's name was Catherine Jack Gibson. Any word very much appreciated. Thank you. Mary Morris

Dr. Gibson was a second cousin of my mother. He corresponded with my grandmother in the 1960's but then died fairly early I believe. I am interested in getting in touch with his children or grandchildren as we are kin. Any ideas as to how to post on the McDuffie site or Gibson site?
